Cebu Car Rental Self Drive Terms and Conditions

FREE delivery and pickup of units within Cebu City (within 8am-5pm). For pick up and delivery outside Cebu City, charges apply. Additional minimal surcharge for delivery of units beyond regular time.
Fuel Charged to Renter: Unit is delivered with full tank. After turn over of unit, the renter and driver (who will pick up unit) will go together to gas station to refuel back to full tank.
Car wash charge: One time charge of PhP 150 for sedan, PhP 200 for AUV or Van
Requirements: Valid ID (Original copy of SSS, PRC or Passport), Photocopy of Driver's License, Latest Proof of Billing, Cash Bond of PhP 3,000 (which will be refunded upon return of unit)
Excess Hour Charge: PhP 150/hr for Toyota GLi, PhP 200/hr for Honda City, PhP 250/hr for Mazda 3, PhP 220 Hyundai Accent, PhP 280/hr for Innova, PhP 300/hr for Starex.
Unit can be used anywhere within Cebu Province. Interisland travel (via RORO vessel) is allowed but with corresponding Marine Insurance charges.
Contract: Renter will be required to read and sign a contract upon delivery before unit is released.
