We offer comfortable and clean cottages with European standard in beautiful grounds at reasonable price. Our cottages are furnished with Italian tiles and specially designed Philippine rattan furniture. To give our guests a good night's sleep, our beds are dressed up with the best mattresses available here. We are also paying good attention to lighting to suit your mood. All efforts are made to ensure that the resort is kept in perfect condition so our guests can experience the pleasure of a relaxing vacation.

Our gardens are impressive with a great variety of tropical plants and flowers, especially the orchids. A lot of our own travel experience influenced our business.

Prices up to November 2009
Pay all expenses without surcharge (except Transfer) by credit card. We don't charge exorbitant prices, on which we then give generous discounts. If you compare the prices with other accommodations, don' t forget to compare the high standard of the cottages and the service we offer! We pay regular salaries and social contributions to our staff, which is quite uncommon in Moalboal. If you book by internet and pay cash you will receive a discount on request (minimum stay for internet booking 3 nights)

Conditions for long time rental

rent is to be paid for 30 days, in advance

Transfer prices

Cebu(Airport/City/Hafen) - Marcosas Cottages Resort: one way 2700 Peso, round trip 5400 Peso Van up to five person, the price is for the car, not per person !

Prices may change depending on the gasoline price, we can ensure the transfer price only short-dated.

Because of the sharp increase in gasoline prices the transfer payment has to be in cash, otherwise we have to add 17% (VAT & credit card commission), then it is getting really expensive....

Advantage of long term rental
Our Cottages for long time rents have all kitchen, look at the prices for beverages, from beer over soft drink until coffee, or at the prices for breakfast, that times two people... a few eggs banged fast into the pan, a little fruit of the market, there is quite a lot of saved extra expenses. This is applicable also to the daily rent with kitchen. If you are possibly married to a Filipina, who wants to cook again home stile, you already almost compensated for the rent of the cottage.

With the long time rent, you carry the extra expenses, electricity, water and gas for cooking, you have holding the costs low in the hand, the cottage doesn't need to be illuminated around the clock like a Christmas Tree, air-conditioning or ceiling fan with absence switches off. We can offer a very favorable price, because we don't have the risk of the extra expenses, with same provision, electricity and water bills fluctuate up to 400 percent with the guests, for example, energy-conscious being makes itself paid.

We offer only the hideaway cottages and seaside cottages to the favorable long time rent at: min. 30 days rental. If you remain under 30 days barely, It possibly rewards to take long time rent and to pay for 30 days.

For the other cottages, we don't have any long time tariffs since our total calculation is based on a permanent utilization of the cottages with kitchens at favorable prices plus more profitably day rental in season of the other Cottages. Therefore even if they don't want to cook, the cottages with kitchens are more favorable for longer stays.
