SPARKLES, initially registered as DREAMWORKS, is a Special Events Shop that started operations in 1999. But due to trademark reasons, business name DREAMWORKS was changed to SPARKLES in 2005. It started as a home-based business and now has 4 branches located in Raintree Mall, SM City Cebu, i2 Building IT Park and Gaisano Fiesta Mall.
