The fastest way to get to Camotes island is via Jomalia fastcraft from Mactan Cebu which takes an hour and 10 minutes, followed by Oceanjet fastcraft which takes an hour and 30 minutes.
The Jomalia fastcraft from Mactan to Camotes lands at Consuelo Port where the popular beach resorts are, while the Oceanjet lands at Poro Port, around 30-45 minutes away.
Another option is to drive or ride a north-bound bus to Danao Port (1.5 - 2 hours north from Cebu City) and take the Jomalia ferry boat for another 2 hours going to the island.
Private vehicles may be parked overnight at the Danao pier for a fee of approximately PhP 300 per night. Those taking their vehicle to Camotes Island may arrange with the ticketing booth at the port, approximately PhP 1,200 per way.
