Tickets may be booked up to 48 hrs prior to trip . Tickets are available 30 days before trip.

Senior Citizen (Philippine citizens only)  All of the above  plus valid Philippine-government issued ID showing age 60 and above
PWD / Student - All of the above plus copy of PWD/Student ID
Minor Child (3 - 11 yrs old)  - copy of Passport or NSO Birth Certificate
Infant (0-2 yrs old)  Will not be issued ticket however they need to present copy of passport or NSO Birth Certificate to the crew upon boarding

Cancellation/Refund/Rebooking

Force Majeure - Full refund less admin fee of PHP 15/ticket/way (or PHP 30 RT) 
Prior to trip refund amount will be: Adult: PHP 400; Senior Citizen/PWD: PHP 300; Student: PHP 300 ;Minor child: PHP 175
After the trip refund amount will be: Adult: PHP 350; Senior Citizen/PWD: PHP 250; Student: PHP 250; Minor child: PHP 125

*All bank charges or PayPal charges, if any, will be on pax account.

Rebooking
- If due to Force Majeure - free rebooking subject within ticket validity
- Prior to trip - charge of PHP 110/ticket/way subject to ticket validity
- After the trip - charge of PHP 160/ticket/way subject to ticket validity
