• Deluxe Room (Two Single Beds) PhP 1,299 nett (Single/Double), with breakfast for two. 13 rooms total.
  
• Superior Room - PhP 1,545 nett (Single/Double) with breakfast for two (One King bed good for two). 10 rooms.
  
• Family Room (One Queen bed & One Single Bed) - PhP 1,699 nett (Triple), with breakfast for three. 10 rooms.
• Club Room (Two Connecting Rooms with 1 Queen Bed Each Room) - PhP 2,500 nett good for four (4) with breakfast for four (4). 

*Breakfast is plated Filipino breakfast (for applicable rooms only).

*Extra person: PhP 350 without breakfast (Hotel has in-house coffee shop/restaurant at lobby; Children 7 years old and below free of charge. 

*SINULOG 2012 SURCHARGE: For Jan. 13-16, 2012 bookings, surcharge of 50% on top of room rates, minimum 3 nights stay, applicable to early bird bookings made on or before Dec 31, 2011. Sinulog bookings made after Dec 31 2011 are subject to 75% charge on top of room rates.
