Balay Bakasyunan is a budget hostel located inside Gemsville Subdivision in Cebu City.

There are two ways to get to the place. From Cebu Parklane Hotel in Escario Street, drive along Kamagong Street, make a right at Diamond Street, a left at Emerald Street and a left at Jade Street where the hostel is.

The other way is from Gorordo Avenue, enter Kamagong Street where you will pass by Paref Springdale School make a left at Diamond Street, a left at Emerald Street and a left at Jade Street.

Eight-Bed Male Dorm (with shared Bathroom) - PhP 550 nett per night per person with light breakfast
Eight-Bed Mixed Dorm (with ensuite Bathroom) - PhP 550 nett per night per person with light breakfast
Six-Bed Female Dorm (with ensuite Bathroom) - PhP 600 nett per night per person with light breakfast
Private Room (with shared Bathroom) - PhP 1,200 nett per night good for two (2) with light breakfast
Private Room (with ensuite Bathroom) - PhP 2,200 nett per night good for four (4) with light breakfast

*Extra Bed - PhP 350 nett/person

*Children 12 years old and below are free of charge on accomodation when sharing room with parents. However, guests with children 12 years old and below must stay in a private room.

*Check-in time: 2:00PM; Check-out time: 12:00NN. Early check-in is subject to availability of beds.
