Residencia Boracay is a beachfront resort located in Station 1, Boracay Island, Philippines. In front of the resort is the 3.5 kilometer White Beach.

Residencia Boracay is a 5-10 minute tricycle ride, or 15-20 minutes walk to D'Mall area in Station 2.

The resort is located between Ambassador in Paradise and Las Brisas Boracay Resort. It is also near Discovery Shores Boracay, Two Seasons Resort and Fridays Boracay.
