• Courtyard Room - PhP 1,500 nett per night good for two (2). Extra person not allowed.
• Sunset Villa - PhP 2,000 nett per night good for two (2). Maximum 1 extra person with extra charge
  
• Single Villa Room - PhP 2,200 nett per night good for two (2). Maximum 1 extra person with extra charge
• Garden View Room - PhP 2,200 nett per night good for two (2). Maximum 1 extra person with extra charge
• Sunrise View - PhP 3,000 nett per night good for three (3). Maximum 1 extra person with extra charge
• Ocean View Room - PhP 3,500 nett per night good for three (3). Maximum 1 extra person with extra charge

*Rates are inclusive of round trip transfer to and from Sta. Fe Port Bantayan Island

*Extra person (max of 1 per room) - PhP 500 per person per night with or without extra bed.

*Breakfast is not included in the room rate but guests may order at the restaurant and coffee shop. Strictly no smoking inside room.

*Children 12 years old and below sharing bed with their parents are considered free of charge

*Check in time: 12 noon. Early check in and late check out is subject to room availability.

• Motorcycle Rental - PhP 500 for 24 hours, 350 for 8 hours (gas not included)
• Virgin Island - Island Hopping Activity. Virgin Island isa a remote island 45 minutes away via pump boat with powdery white sand, clear waters and diverse marine life
• Bantayan Island Tour - PhP 2000 (multicab good for up to 15 persons). Go to Ogtong Cave (entrance fee P100), Mangrove Plantation, Bantayan town proper, visit Sts. Peter and Paul Parish Church, Bantayan market for danggit, explore Kota Park, a historical site in Madridejos and take a guided tour and swim in an underground cave at Island Nature Park (entrance P200/pax). Inclusive of operator/tour guide.
