SHIPPING LINES GUIDELINES - REQUIREMENTS
Due to the recent Covid-19 outbreak, the local government together with the shipping companies required the passengers to provide and abide the following travel documents and guidelines before boarding the ferry.

I. JOMALIA SHIPPING - GUIDELINES AND REQUIREMENTS

- Bring any valid ID for travel documentation.
- Wear your mask at all times
- Always follow social distancing measures
- 20 years old and below, 60 years old and above are not allowed to board.
- Person with serious health condition and pregnant women are not allowed to board.
*Note: Only 50% capacity allowed.

Locally Stranded Individuals (LSI)
- Medical Certificate
- Travel Authority (Secure from Regional PNP Office covering province/city/municipality/region)
Authorized Personnel Outside Residence (APOR)
- Company ID
- Certificate of Employment
- Medical Certificate
- Travel Order from the company
Returning Overseas Filipinos (ROF)
- Passport
- Medical Certificate
- Travel Authority (Secure from Regional PNP Office covering province/city/municipality/region)
Dapa Siargao to Surigao vv.
- Passengers are required to wear face mask all the time.
- Observe social distancing.

For Locally Stranded Individuals (LSI)
- Travel Authorization from PNP
- Medical Clearance Certificate issued by City/Municipal Health Office
For Returning Overseas Filipinos (ROF)
- Bureau of Quarantine Certificate & Passport
For Authorized Persons Outside of Residence (APOR)
- Travel Authorization from PNP
- Medical Clearance Certificate issued by City/Municipal Health Office
- Certificate of Employment & ID

Incoming Passengers
- Passenger must bring a valid ID.
- Travel authority from your point of origin
- Letter of acceptance from your Barangay in Sta.Fe.
- Letter of Acceptance from LGU Sta. Fe.
- Travel Pass from Cebu Province
Outgoing Passengers
- Medical certificate from RHU Sta. Fe
- Authority to travel from LGU Sta. Fe
- Proof of Employment
- Valid ID
- Letter of Acceptance from your point of destination
- Vehicle Pass (If via private vehicle)
