Sherwood Bay Resort is a new dive resort located in Dauis, Panglao Island, Bohol Philippines. The resort is set on a cliffside property with scenic panoramic views of the sea. It doesn't have a sandy beach but has access to the sea for swimming and diving.

Sherwood Bay Resort Bohol has a fully equipped dive shop and diving school, swimming pools and restaurant.
