Gran Tierra Suites is a budget boutique hotel centrally located in Fuente area. It's in the same street as Chong Hua Hospital and within walking distance of Cebu Doctor's Hospital, Capitol Building, Robinson's Cybergate Mall, and other commercial establishments, malls and restaurants.

It is near Fuente Osmena Circle, the heart of Cebu City. Within a 10-15 minutes ride from the hotel, one can reach the Ayala Center, Downtown Cebu City and other areas. Mactan Cebu Airport is 40-45 minutes away.
