I. BORACAY

  • Proof of identification with Philippine Residency
  • VaxCertPH COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate with full vaccination status from https://vaxcert.doh.gov.ph/; OR,
  • Locally-issued Vaccination Card/ID with full vaccination status and with verifiable QR Code; or,
  • Locally-issued Vaccination Card/ID with full vaccination status and with Certificate of Vaccination from vaccination center with contact details; or
  • For Unvaccinated individuals, RT-PCR Negative Result Certificate (saliva, nasopharyngeal or oropharyngeal) with date of extraction within 72 hours to date of travel. 
  • A copy of confirmed booking slip/form from a DOT accredited Boracay accommodation establishment 
  • Roundtrip flight/travel details (Only Caticlan Airport can be used by those travelling via air).
Register your visit online:
*Processing takes approximately twelve (12) hours after receipt of documents.  
  • Access https://www.touristboracay.com/ and  choose Boracay in the Where To page.
  • Fill out required fields and click submit.
  • Take a screenshot of the confirmation page.
  • Send the following documents to touristboracay@gmail.com using the email subject OHDC-FamilyName, FirstName – Date of Travel (MM-DD-YYYY)
  • Wait for the email response (successful or unsuccessful) of the Final Validator.
  • If processing is successful, a link to the copy of your HDC with Tourist QR Code will be sent back. Please IMMEDIATELY click the link to open and check if information is correct. Please be guided that the validators cannot edit or update any personal information that you have encoded and for corrections, you need to submit another OHDC and this may delay re-issuance of QR Code.
  • Keep the Tourist QR Code with you at all times. Have a printed or digital copy. The QR Code will be used in the ports of entry/exit (land, air, sea) as well as in accessing services in Boracay Island.
  • If processing is unsuccessful, an email will be sent to you requesting for additional requirements or clarification. Please immediately comply with this to avoid delays in the QR Code release.
  • Your Tourist QR Code has an expiry of twelve (12) hours from your accommodation checkout time. If you are extending your stay in Boracay Island, please send an email of a new booking slip showing the extension to touristboracay@gmail.com before your original checkout time.

Note:

Multiple tourist documents can be sent in one email. Just include a listing of the names of the tourists including infants and children.

Please submit your COMPLETE and CLEAR documents at least twenty-four (24) hours or more before your flight/travel to avoid delays. Due to volume of emails received, we cannot guarantee processing if you send your documents less than twenty-four (24) hours before your flight/travel. We are validating your documents with the vaccination centers, accommodation establishments and/or the laboratories and this takes some time. Please send only valid documents as falsification is punishable by law.

 II. BOHOL

FULLY VACCINATED INDIVIDUALS

  • Vaccination Card issued by any LGU, DOH-accredited medical institution, private company, and foreign country or any state/province authenticated by DOH-BOQ
  • Government-issued Identification Card
  • S-PASS Travel Pass (Approved or Pending Approval)
NON-VACCINATED AND PARTIALLY VACCINATED INDIVIDUALS
  • Valid negative RT-PCR test result taken within seventy-two (72) hours prior to his/her departure
  • Children four (4) years old and below shall remain exempted from this requirement
  • Government-issued Identification Card
  • S-PASS Travel Pass (Approved or Pending Approval) 
III. EL NIDO

REQUIREMENTS FOR TOURIST OUTSIDE PALAWAN 

FULLY VACCINATED
S-PASS via submission of:

  • DOT accredited hotel booking confirmation 
  • Round trip tickets.
  • VaxCert accomplished via https://vaxcert.doh.gov.ph or vaccination card / certificate.
INCOMPLETE VACCINATION OR NOT VACCINATED
S-PASS via submission of:
  • Negative RT-PCR Test Result accomplished within the last 72 hours prior arrival in Palawan.
  • DOT accredited hotel booking confirmation.
  • Round trip tickets.
NOTE: Upon successful application, tourist shall coordinate with the El Nido Tourism via Facebook, contact numbers, or email address for the release of S-Pass Travel Permit.

IV. CORON, PALAWAN

Who are allowed:
  • All FULLY VACCINATED domestic tourists and foreigners (particularly those already staying in the Philippines before the start of the pandemic) coming from the NCR Plus Areas or from other LGUs outside Palawan Province.
  • Minors must be accompanied by fully vaccinated parents / guardians / elder siblings.
  • Fully vaccinated individuals are those who are on their 15th day after receiving their respective 2nd dose of their vaccines. And likewise, those individuals who have received their respective single dose vaccines, such as but not limited to Johnson and Johnson, two (2) weeks before the day of travel.
REQUIREMENTS FOR TOURISTS:
  • Valid ID
  • COVID-19 Vaccination Card issued by a legitimate institution or DOH accredited laboratory
  • Copy of Negative swab-based QR Coded RT-PCR Test Result processed by accredited molecular laboratories or Saliva Test conducted by Philippine Red Cross with official receipt taken within 72 hours from date and time collection of specimens prior to boarding.
  • Confirmed hotel, tour or diving booking/itinerary
  • Approved S-PASS travel application
GUIDELINES FOR TOURISTS:
While in Coron:
  • Multiple hotel bookings are allowed as long as it is booked and is submitted during S-PASS application. Hotel transfer on site is not allowed.
  • Tours/Diving- Exclusive and joiner tour/diving are allowed as long it is booked and is submitted during S-PASS application. Tour and diving transfer on site is not allowed.
  • Dining, shopping and other activities are allowed.
  • All expenses such as but not limited to medical care, accommodation, food and other basic essentials, and rebooking of tickets will be shouldered on the account of the tourist in case of the following:
  • Tourist manifested COVID-related symptoms and have been tested positive with COVID-19 using RT-PCR test
  • Tourist has been exposed to fellow tourists with symptoms and have been tested positive with COVID-19 using RT-PCR test
  • Tourist has been exposed by a local who have tested positive with COVID-19 using RT-PCR test
  • Tourist that have been tested positive with COVID-19 will be immediately isolated inside the designated hotel isolation room or will be referred to the nearest health care facility, if needed, until fully recovered. The hotel management shall be required to comply with local quarantine protocols of the Municipal Government.
  • Tourist/guest shall submit himself to comply with the minimum public health standards and adherence to the existing national laws, ordinances and policies being imposed by the Municipal Government of Coron.
Upon Departure:
The tourist/guest must be responsible for the requirements of his transportation and place of next destination

V. CEBU CITY
  • If fully vaccinated - Proof of Vaccination
  • If unvaccinated – Medical Certificate
  • Valid Identification Card
  • Passed symptom checking or screening at the port upon arrival and upon boarding. 
VA. LAPU-LAPU CITY
  • In compliance with Lapu-Lapu City Executive Order 2021-058 issued on October 20, 2021, all passengers bound for the City of Lapu-Lapu are no longer required to present any proof of negative test result.

VI. SIARGAO
 
TOURIST (INVITED BY LOCAL RESIDENT OF SURIGAO DEL NORTE)
  • Negative Result on Swab/Saliva RT-PCR Test taken within forty-eight (48) hours or two (2) days from the date of release of the result
  • Children who are seventeen (17) years old and below are exempted from presentation of negative result on Swab/Saliva RT-PCR Test
  • Valid Identification Card (with address)
  • Travel Certification issued by the Mayor of the City/Municipality of destination, stating that you are tourist invited by a local
  • S-PASS
TOURIST (NOT INVITED BY LOCAL RESIDENT OF SURIGAO DEL NORTE / WALK-IN TOURISTS)
  • Negative Result on Swab/Saliva RT-PCR Test taken within forty-eight (48) hours or two (2) days from the date of release of the result
  • Children who are seventeen (17) years old and below are exempted from presentation of negative result on Swab/Saliva RT-PCR Test
  • Valid Identification Card (with address)
  • Confirmed booking of not less than 2 nights from any DOT-accredited accommodations
  • S-PASS
NOTE:
  • For Tourist/Private APOR, Post Antigen Testing is required after 5 days from the date of arrival.
  • Negative Result on RT-PCR Test or COVID-19 Saliva Test taken within forty eight (48) hours or two (2) days from the date of release of the result is still required for those who have been partially or fully vaccinated of COVID-19 vaccines.
  • All tourists and private APORs who came to this Province shall, in addition to the requirements that they have to comply upon entry to the Province, be subjected to COVID-19 Antigen Test at their own cost after five (5) days from the date of their arrival. Those who will be tested positive shall be subjected further to Swab or Saliva RT-PCR Test at their own cost. This provision still applies to those who have been partially or fully vaccinated of COVID-19 vaccines.
  • Strict implementation on the usage of Travel Coordination Permit (TCP) through the S-PASS in lieu of travel pass and/or acceptance letter that are usually being issued by the City/Municipality of destination.
  • Except those who are coming from the Province of Dinagat Islands, passing through passengers are exempted from presentation of negative result on Swab/Saliva RT-PCR Test.
