SEASCAPE BEACH RESORT - 2024 ROOM RATE
*Rates are valid until March 2025
- Standard Deluxe Room - Php 2,500 nett good for two with breakfast.
Extra person: Php 750 per night per person with breakfast.
*Children 8 years old and below are free if they share beds with an adult.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- No smoking inside the room. Penalty of Php 2,000.00. If you need to smoke, we have a smoking designated area.
- No pets allowed.
- Valid ID required upon check in.
- Corkage fee for food and drinks bought outside.
- Any damages to the rooms and to the resort will be paid before the guests check out. Amount will be based on an estimate done by the resort's maintenance staff.
- For guests that stay more than 1 night, please inform Frontdesk if you want your rooms cleaned.
- For guests that stay more than 1 night, if you need fresh towels, please inform Frontdesk.
- Swimming Pool: No eating and drinking inside the pool. Penalty of Php 1000.
- No bringing of breakable items within and near the pool vicinity. Penalty of Php 10,000.
