Sea Dream Resorts is waterfront resort situated along the National Highway. The resort is just 9-km away from Balsay Hot Spring and 18.5-km south from Dumaguete City. Also, there is a Marine Sanctuary right in front of the resort.

• CLASSIC ROOM - PHP 6,100 nett /room per night, good for 2 persons (can accommodate maximum of 3 person)
• SUPERIOR ROOM - PHP 6,600 nett /room per night, good for 2 persons (can accommodate maximum of 3 persons)
• EXECUTIVE ROOM - PHP 9,600 nett /room per night, good for 2 persons (can accommodate maximum of 4 person)
• PACIFIC KING ROOM - PHP 10,800 nett /room per night, good for 2 persons (can accommodate maximum of 4 person)
• STANDARD ROOM - PHP 4,400 nett /room per night, good for 2 persons (can accommodate maximum of 3 person)
• FAMILY ROOM - PHP 6,600 nett /room per night, good for 4 persons

For Peak Season rates (will apply on January 24 to 30, 2020; April 5 to 11, 2020; October 1 to 8, 2020; December 21 to 30, 2020 and January 1 to 2, 2021):

• CLASSIC ROOM - PHP 7,600 nett /room per night, good for 2 persons (can accommodate maximum of 3 persons)
• SUPERIOR ROOM - PHP 8,200 nett /room per night, good for 2 persons (can accommodate maximum of 3 persons)
• EXECUTIVE ROOM - PHP 10,600 nett /room per night, good for 2 persons (can accommodate maximum of 4 persons)
• PACIFIC KING ROOM - PHP 11,600 nett /room per night, good for 2 persons (can accommodate maximum of 4 persons)
• STANDARD ROOM - PHP 5,500 nett /room per night, good for 2 persons (can accommodate maximum of 3 persons)
• FAMILY ROOM - PHP 7,600 nett good for 4 persons

Note: All rooms (Classic, Superior, Executive and Pacific King Room) have a private /own balcony /terrace with sea view. 5 Standard rooms + 1 Family Room don’t have own balcony / terrace and have only a public terrace and not sea view. 3 Standard rooms have own balcony but not sea view.

Extra Person: PHP 1,000/person per night (inclusive of extra bed or floor matress)

• Gym available with special equipment’s at PHP 200/hour per person (open from 6AM to 10PM)
• Hotel transfer (Dumaguete/Sibulan airport or seaport pick up/drop off) is available: Van (maximum of 8 persons) at PHP 1,000/way per van and Hotel Car “Pick-Ups” (maximum of 4 persons) – PHP 800/way per car
