Virginia Food Inc. is engaged in the manufacturing, distribution and selling of processed meat products.   Originally started as Virginia Farms, Inc. in 1968, expanded into meat processing and was later spun off to form a separate company, Virginia Food, Inc.                   In April of 1992 operations started as Virginia Food, Inc.   Virginia Food Inc is registered under the Securities and Exchange Commision (SEC), Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) and the Bureau of Food and Drug (BFAD) It is a member of the Philippine Association of Meat Processors, Inc. (PAMPI).
