PSCA’s main objective is to provide its students with a solid foundation of academic knowledge, practical skills and work ethics to become successful in their chosen culinary fields. That is why classes are deliberately kept small to ensure that each student gets adequate personal attention from the chef instructor. Classroom learning is validated by intensive hands-on training in the kitchen and eventually by on-the-job training in actual work environments in 5-star hotels and specialty restaurants. PSCA also assists its students in securing placements in internship programs abroad. The Philippine School of Culinary Arts Offers 2 Professional Programs: Culinary Arts Program
