2. Fill up Confidential Franchise Applicant Questionnaire and submit together with sketch and photos of proposed site.
3. Background checking and site evaluation.
4. Final approval of ManCom and execution of franchise agreement.
5. Training of staff/renovation of store/purchase of materials.
6. Soft opening/Trial operations.
7. Grand opening and blessing.
