CAMIGUIN TOURIST SPOTS
The tiny island of Camiguin has lots to offer. Home to seven (7) volcanoes, this "Island Born of Fire" boasts of varied natural and historical attractions:
- White Island Sand Bar - the most famous attraction in Camiguin Island, a must-see
- Mantigue Island - a small island a short distance away from Camiguin mainland. With a marine sactuary, white sands and panoramic view of Camiguin Island
- Sunken Cemetery - a volcanic eruption in the 1800s caused a portion of the town to sink into the sea, including this cemetery.
- Katibawasan Falls - rising 250 feet in height, Katibawasan Falls offers refreshing ice-cold pools of water at the foot of the falls
- Tuasan Falls - lesser known than Katibawasan Falls but just as interesting
- Lookout - the Lookout is a spot beside the road with a picturesque view of Camiguin Island and the surrounding sea
- Santo Niño Cold Spring - a visit to Camiguin would be incomplete without a dip in the refreshingly cold waters of Sto. Niño Cold Spring
- Soda Spring - a swimming pool fed by natural springs
- Ardent Hot Spring - lately perhaps due to geological changes, the spring is not as hot as before. The place has springs of varying temperatures
- Guin-ob Church Ruins - the volcanic eruption in the 1800s also affected this old church, leaving behind the old church stone walls and bell tower
- Phivolcs Station Camiguin
