Terms and Conditions for Gran Tierra bookings that fall during Sinulog Week 2010

• Rates apply only to January 11, 2010 up to January 17, 2010. Regular rates apply to dates that do not fall on Sinulog week.
• Minimum stay is 3 days. Priority will be given to longer staying guests.
  
• Prepayment is needed for all rooms that fall on January 11-17. Prepayment must be made at least 1 month before check-in date in order to finalize the booking
• Cancellations for reservations made on Sinulog week shall be refundable if cancellation is made before December 30, 2009. All other cancellations after that date will not be refundable. Amount of refund shall be whatever was paid less 20%. Refund shall be done via local bank-to-bank transfer (guest should supply local bank account number). Refund can also be claimed at Gran Tierra front desk.
