The town of Oslob, south-east of Cebu City, is known for whale sharks that visit the area daily.

Oslob town is approximately three (3) hours drive from Cebu City proper passing through the towns of Naga, San Fernando, Carcar, Sibonga, Argao, Dalaguete, Alcoy and Boljoon before reaching Oslob located in the southern tip of Cebu island. Oslob town is also the jump off point to Sumilon Island and nearby is Tumalog Falls, a must-see when visiting the area.

I. EXCLUSIVE OSLOB WHALESHARK WATCHING WITH OPTIONAL TUMALOG FALLS + HERITAGE SITES - Package Rate

Travel 3 hours along the scenic Cebu South Coastal Road to Oslob town for an awesome whaleshark-watching experience. You will be viewing the whalesharks as they go near your boat. For the more adventurous, swim with the whalesharks! (optional). Then have an optional visit to Tumalog Falls and nearby historical landmarks such as Oslob Heritage Park (Fortress and Museum), Boljoon Church and have optional lunch along the way (on personal account) before heading back to the city.

*Note: Whalesharks are not guaranteed to appear all the time (approx 95% chance). There are also times when the whaleshark watching is closed early due to low turnout of whalesharks, big waves or extreme heat. Pick up time is set early for better viewing chances. **Tumalog Falls has a steep road from parking to the falls. Guests may choose to walk or ride the motorbike. Not recommended for those with physical difficulties. Entrance fee will be on personal account. 

II. OSLOB WHALESHARK WATCHING WITH OPTIONAL TUMALOG FALLS + SUMILON ISLAND DAY TOUR

Activities include swimming in the beach or infinity pool, kayaking in the lagoon and snorkelling in the marine sanctuary, and hiking to the Lighthouse for a panoramic view of Sumilon Island and Cebu Island.

Itinerary (Guests get to choose if they want to go to Tumalog Falls or not, just inform Local Guide)

SCHEDULE A: (WITH visit to TUMALOG FALLS): 

• 3AM - Hotel Pick Up
• 6AM - Meet Local Guide at Oslob, Light Breakfast then Whaleshark Watching or VV
• Visit to Tumalog Falls
• 9:30AM - Boat ride to Sumilon Island (15-30min)
• 12NN – Lunch at Sumilon Island
• 1:30 PM - Depart Sumilon Island
• 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM - Back to the City*

 *If guests want to come back on the 3:30PM boat from Sumilon Island, this will be subject to weather conditions and there will be an additional charge of PHP 500 for the whole group (pay to driver). Sometimes, waves are strong so the 3:30PM trip may not be available.
